Q&A: Pre-Marital Sex & the Best Advice My Parents Gave Me

You guys are awesome for sending in so much questions! They kept coming in while I was filming, but I didn’t mind. Definitely cured my boredom for an entire afternoon… But maybe I shouldn’t have filmed so late because it took me two hours and sunset actually reached me. Haha

Though this was tiring, you know, talking so much — I had fun. I always do. I love answering your questions! Let’s do this again some time! :-)

You can “go” to North Korea! You can book a tour from South Korea going Joint Security Area (face-to-face with DPRK military soldiers) and the Demilitarized Military Zone (underground tunnels DPRK soldiers dug to plant nuclear bombs in Seoul plus active and deactivated land mines). But you need to book this online weeks before your planned tour, submit a scanned copy of your passport to the agency because the UN will do a background check on you before they allow you to join the tour. It’s a very interesting and life-changing experience! You should definitely try it. I reckon that DPRK has the same tour and you can step to South Korea side naman haha. Unfortunately, it will be very hard to do a vlog there! Photos palang hirap na! There are parts/angles you cannot snap photos of.

Thanks for the tips on the “What’s in your cabin zero backpack during your eurotrip”! I’m going there on February! :)

    Cheers! :)

Ha, I enjoyed watching this, it actually was so interesting to know how your work and travel life has evolved in the past years! I definitely agree with your thoughts about millenials and travel: I often feel my own family does not understand my “need” for travel and explore the world and often tries to convince me I should think of settling/finding a 9-5 job/bla bla just because THEY had to do it, because it was the 50/60/70s and the world worked like that. I think us millenials can do so much and are capable of doing so much more than living our whole life in one place – there’s nothing wrong with that and having a stable life as well, but I think we generally aspire to see and do more than that. We’re curious and excited about life just like our parents were, but on the contrary of them we have the chance to make our desires real.

Wow that turned into a very philosophical comment haha. Hope you’re well Camie and to meet you soon! <3

“Your body, your choice” HUGE YES. Really can’t understand people who judge/slut shame others just because they aren’t a virgin anymore. Also “go for what you’re good at and then don’t do it for free,” PREACH. Hahaha it’s just sad that when people see how good you are at something, they expect you to be willing to do it for free. -_- Anyway, I love your Q&A vlogs — how you’re super honest with your answers. You really keep things real. Looking forward to more! :)

Also, you’re very smart and spontaneous. Keep doing what you’re doing because you really inspire people in your own little ways. :)

I enjoyed watching this so much, Camie! <3 Two things that made me pause this video while watching when you said that your grandmother is Waray and I am Waray. Hehehe! Second is when you said, "Do what you're good at and don't do it for free." I can totally relate with this. When some people hire me to do a blog post for them or do some blog projects like making their blogs, it feels like I'm doing something for myself. It feels like I'm a career woman and I don't need someone to depend on money excluding my mom, of course. Hahaha! :D I love you, Camie!!! <3
