The Happy List: Vol. 22

Untitled

Here are the things making me incredibly happy lately:

  1. Three years with my main man &  a lovely romantic dinner with a gorgeous view of the city
  2. Dealing with my quarter life crisis and deciding to not let it kick me in the butt (planning a blog post for this!)
  3. Seeing my family again for Sunday lunches
  4. Sam (baby sister) being extra playful and sweet
  5. Plans falling through, but ending up making better plans instead
  6. Christmas lights, cold nights while walking around the town
  7. Moments captured in film
  8. Turkey bacon & scrambled egg breakfasts
  9. Feeling ‘at home’ with Gab and his family
  10. Lots and lots of great dinners with loved ones

I seemed to have put this blog category in the backseat. Oops! You’re also probably wondering why I’ve chosen a photo from my trip to Frankfurt, Germany last year… Ever since I stepped foot into Europe, I’ve always dreamt of going back in 2-3 years time, but with Gab this time. I didn’t  think it was actually possible because of different circumstances and obstacles I faced, but I’m glad to say we’re planning to head to Europe together next year, and I’ve been going through my Europe photos just reminiscing, as well as doing a ton of research for how much our Eurotrip would cost, what kind of weather we’d be facing (I went on June, which was summer, and the worst), and what cities we’d be stopping at! It’s a little early to plan, since the trip wont be until October 2015, but my VISA applications for UK/Schengen start around June! So I’d have to prepare financially as much as I can before that to make sure I’d even have enough to survive without becoming a complete hobo, and so realistically the planning should start as early as now :)

Anyway, a happy Monday to you folks! Almost less than a week left until Christmas, and although I’m at that age where it “doesn’t feel like Christmas” anymore, I’m still excited because it’s the holidays and I get to go home and spend it with my family. :)

#2!!! I wanna read about yours. I’m still going through that crisis, and it’s mainly about my career. I actually wrote a blog post about it recently. I’m glad the worst part is over, though. :P

Good luck on your Eurotrip, Camiiieee!! I also wanna travel with my boyfriend again next year, but we’re planning to tour Asia first before going to other continents. :)

Oh Camie, if you come to Europe we NEED to meet for a coffee or something! It’s be great to finally speak face to face (my favourite kind of interaction, I’m kind of a social media hater when it comes to relationships etc haha). Love your happy list post! x

I’m in England most of the year though (I study there) and can easily get a flight somewhere. We should totally plan this once you’re all set to go! x

I would love that! Since you’ll be in England most of the year then we should definitely meet up in London! ❤️

Whoa! Another Eurotrip! Pure awesomeness. I read your post about that last year. I’m kinda jealous right now, haha! Coz I also would love to travel one day with my boyfriend (locally or internationally). But we promised to each other we will after we get married. ☺️ I love your happy lists, Camie! Keep ’em comin’!
