R E A D I N G
I’m currently in between reading books, but I’ve been meaning to finish Tim Gunn’s Golden Rules book, which is quite a nice read!

W R I T I N G
This week’s blog posts + planning out the week and events to attend.

L I S T E N I N G
Lately I’ve been listening to Sia’s latest album. Her songs make me want to sing at the top of my lungs and dance around in a blonde wig and underwear. Gab says we should just do it, for fun… I’m tempted to, tbh. But he’s no Shia and I’m no Maddie Ziegler. I’ll just look like an octopus flailing about.

T H I N K I N G
All day everyday about plans for the future. Not a day goes by where I don’t think about all these plans I have for my life. Sigh.

S M E L L I N G
Nescafe 3-in-1 coffee… Mmm.

My BIR/tax issues will be fixed before March ends. I was ignorant enough to be working and earning under the wrong BIR registration, so I’ll definitely be penalized for that. But that’s alright with me, mostly I just need to transfer my RDO all the way from Taytay, Rizal (I dont even know, we don’t even live there) to Makati. It’s been such a pain in the butt because I can’t seem to figure out the proper process an requirements, mostly because the RDO in Taytay can hardly be contacted. Adulting can be so stressful.

H O P I N G
I get replies to all the emails I’ve sent out regarding work, because I can’t take the waiting game any longer.

W E A R I N G
Floral shorts and my Love & Ice Cream pastel pink shirt from Asto Group.

L O V I N G
My latest ensembles from Asto Group. I’ll be featuring them as soon as I get to do outfit shots of my clothes. I’m also really loving Wes Anderson themes. I mean, I’ve loved them ever since I laid my eyes on The Royal Tenenbaums but for the past few weeks I noticed I’ve been trying to use colors that I think were very Wes Anderson-ish.

W A N T I N G
A lap desk, scented candles and a new chalkboard. And to finally buy a MacBook Pro. I want it so bad it hurts.

N E E D I N G
More money for food, tbh. I just went to the grocery to shop for some items and it cost me P1,800… I’m hoping my loot will last me for 3 weeks to a month because eating healthy AND cheap is no joke. It’s nearly impossible. Unless I eat cucumbers forever.

F E E L I N G
Really full from my dinner, I may have ate too much… Which just made me realize I should start eating smaller portions if I want to stretch my P1,800 worth of groceries to last 3 weeks.

C L I C K I N G
Nothing in particular. I’ve only got my blog open typing this up and editing stuff on Photoshop.

Happy International Women’s Day! It’s been a great week for me, and I hope you guys had a great week too. <3 Sending lots positive vibes your way this week, and I hope you continue to remember that no matter how things get worse, there’s definitely no other way from there but up — so hang tight <3

That RDO thing is really stressful! Why do we need to still transfer it and stuff. Plus that transferring thing isn’t a one day process, you still need to go back after 5 working days. And ohh, RDO depends on your employer pala.

But she’s never been employed, I think.

Yes, that’s right. Never been employed. It’s under employee status though because my parents registered my TIN for a family business which I am supposed to be part owner of :)

Haha! Well, to be fair I WAS contemplating of having a cup. But it was 9PM, and I didn’t want to stay up. I mostly wanted to drink it for the taste. :P

As for a cheap lap desk and scented candles.. I know where you can get cheap ones! You can check out the Robinson’s department store or something at the 2nd floor of Pergola in Bf

I WAS THERE THIS WEEKEND! That’s what got me wanting them! Hahaha

“Adulting can be so stressful.” So true! Haha

  • Reply Daria 9 March 2015 at 5:37 pm

Ohh I feel ya girl! Adulting is so hard: I’m currently living on the minimum amount of money and eating the smallest portions because of it, looking for a job and trying to save for Interailing this summer: life is SO hard. But as I always see “Gotta find the silver lining in everything” (a.k.a. I’m weirdly getting more creative with food or anything else in order to maintain sanity in my daily life hehe) xxx

Good luck Camie! :) I also want a Macbook pro. My laptop is getting so slow.

For employees like me, RDO transfer is really quick, they will just stamp something and i’m off to giving the form to my new employer. I hate tax issues, it’s a good thing you have an accountant, they (firm) will usually do everything for you.

    • Reply Camie Juan 10 March 2015 at 11:07 am

I decided not to go with the accountant and do everything myself :)

and while you’re in TAX stage now, you can now squeeze in philhealth, pag-ibig and SSS! they might be tedious to process but it will be helpful =)
